AI can make mistakes

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or be incomplete. Asklify grounds answers in the content you provide, but no AI system is perfect. Treat responses as helpful assistance rather than a guaranteed source of truth.

For decisions that matter, please verify important information before relying on it. AI responses are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

AI assists people

Asklify is designed to support your team and your customers — not to replace human judgment. Assistants can hand a conversation over to a person when a question needs one, so people stay in the loop.

Privacy is respected

We respect the privacy of your data. We do not intentionally use your content to train our own AI models, and requests sent to third-party AI providers are processed according to those providers' policies and agreements. See our Privacy Policy and Security pages for details.

Using assistants thoughtfully

  • Give your assistant accurate, up-to-date knowledge so its answers reflect reality.
  • Be transparent with your customers that they're talking to an AI assistant.
  • Offer a path to a human for sensitive or high-stakes questions.
  • Avoid using Asklify for deceptive, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
