Refund & Cancellation Policy
Asklify is a subscription-based AI platform. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing work — and the genuine cases where we make exceptions.

Introduction
Thank you for choosing Asklify. Because our service provides immediate access to AI models and cloud infrastructure — which incur real costs as soon as your assistant responds — refunds are handled carefully. We aim to keep this policy fair, transparent, and friendly to our customers.
14-day free trial
Every new workspace receives a one-time 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Asklify before paying anything.
- No credit card is required to start the trial.
- No payment is collected during the trial.
- We encourage you to fully evaluate the product during this period before subscribing.
Subscription billing
- Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Payment is processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for as long as your subscription is active.
Refund policy
Unless required by applicable law, and because AI usage generates immediate infrastructure and model costs:
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
- Conversation add-ons are generally non-refundable once used.
- Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the billing event so we can review them fairly.
That said, we're reasonable — see Billing errors and Service availability below for the cases where we do issue refunds or credits.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. After you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges are made unless you renew.
- Your workspace and data remain available according to our data retention practices.
Billing errors
If you experience a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a payment-processing error, please contact us within 7 days. If we verify that a billing mistake occurred, we will issue an appropriate refund or account credit.
Service availability
If Asklify experiences a significant technical problem that prevents normal use of the platform for an extended period, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide service credits,
- Extend your subscription, or
- Issue a refund where appropriate.
These decisions are made at Asklify's discretion.
When we make exceptions
Even though subscriptions are generally non-refundable, we consider refunds in genuine cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment — full refund of the duplicate.
- A charge caused by a billing bug on our side — full refund.
- A technical issue that prevented the service from working — refund or service credit.
- Accidentally purchasing the wrong plan and not yet using it — considered after review.
Fraud & abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests and suspend accounts where we detect fraud, abuse of the service, violations of our Terms of Service, or attempts to exploit the free trial or payment system.
